Suggestion - Disability Support Chatroom

It seems there has been a fair amount of change in terms of the chatrooms. How do new rooms get added? In particular, I'm interested in knowing whether there could be a chatroom devoted to support for people with disabilities (apart from the mental health issues already supported).
(and if this isn't the right place for this kind of suggestion could someone direct me to the right one? Thanks!)

@Squib - this is definitely a good place to suggest this and get thoughts from other members of the community. Another option is to submit it to the suggestion box. Great idea!
