Those toxic kids
Have you ever encountered toxic kids online? This, from the blog of the "Minister of Propaganda for the Decepticon Empire", is worth a read:
I'm a bit sad that this post didn't have any replies until now. This is important.
I read the entire article, and I got confirmation of what I learned through my career (if I can call it that): kids are wonderful. They're creative, they have huge potential, and they want to feel included and appreciated by adults. Children will behave according to the environment they're in. Children and teenagers aren't toxic: they're learning and trying to figure out what is their place in the world.
As adults and leaders, it's crucial that we finally understand that our example is the loudest teaching tool we have. And it never stops, we never get a break.
As for how this applies to the 7 Cups Community, it's very simple. If someone is inappropriate, aggressive, mean, scolding them will only make them get defensive. Kindness, patience and a second chance can do wonders. Yes, everyone has limits, but it's worth a try or two.
Thank you for sharing this article, @RarelyCharlie. I really hope that more people will read it.
Be the change you wish to see in the world.

I agree and thank @Raraley Charlie for this post. Can inspire/ ecourage some to consider adult - teen listening, I think.
