Android App is Here!
All, I'm very happy to announce that our Android app is now available! You can find it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sevencupsoftea.app. If you search for "7 Cups of Tea" in the Google Play store you can also find it, but you have to look down the page a bit because itwas justreleased this morning and there are many apps ahead of it. That'll change very soon as our downloads climb.
Please report bugs or other problems here. We'll address the issues quickly to keep improving it.
Finally, if you review the app in the google play store (ratings and text based review), then please post here and we'll award you the Listener on the Gobadge! (I'mnot sure of thename for this badge. @Heather came up with iListen for the iPhone. If we like Listener on the Go we can keep it; if you have a better badge name, then please post it here and we can go with that one).Reviews are important because they help us reach more people. The more reviews we get the higher we climb for keywords that people search for when looking for help.

Hey! I love this app, but I will give a full detailed review below: Pros: The app works very well, I find that the chat works even better than the website, which is great! I also find the ui to be easy to use and good looking. Cons: I'm disappointed that the chat queue does not show which subject the member/guest picked, or that you do not have the option to pick a subject when looking for a listener. Problems: I noticed this app used a huge amount of data (8mb in two hours). Even though the app was closed and I'm using my phone mobile network (not wifi). That's a huge no no, given the fact that many phone companies have a limit on how much data you can use (here in Brazil the most common plan is 10mb/day). The app needs desperately to use less data. Also need an option to not use data if not on wifi) Other annoying problem: if the app loses focus, it will reload the whole page upon gaining focus. Besides wasting data and adding more loading wait, it makes you lose data, e.g. half typed messages if you lose focus on the app (I had to type this post twice) That's about it! Hope it is helpful.
