All chat rooms got an auto-scroll update! Chatting should be a lot easier! Hooray!

This is causing an issue for some mods. Right now I'm moderating 5 of the rooms as we are being attacked by spammers and it's nearly impossible to click mute so that they are muted for everyone in the room. But love the autoscroll feature otherwise!
