December 8th: Update to Default Email Settings

We recently noticed a mistake with 7 Cups default email settings. We had set them incorrectly, and this means that some people were missing new messages. We are changing it now for everyone.

This means it's a good time to review your email preferences and make sure they are set the way you like. We encourage you to go to you settings and make sure you are receiving emails at the frequency you prefer!
