Highschool right now for me is so stressful I feel like my mental health cant fit in to anything right now, I'm just busy always on screen, tons of work plus NHS, and I have no idea what to do after I graduate this year, I feel so scared and overwhelmed I dont plan on going to college this year but I just simply don't know what I'm going to do in life I feel I don't know enough to succeed which is also not helping with my mental health.

Hey there, @Kaypezzy, thanks for sharing this here. Honestly, I saw your post when you made it, but I was hoping that someone more experienced than me would be able to offer you support. Regardless, I’m here to say that what you’re feeling is perfectly normal. The current world is really uncertain; we don’t know what we’ll do in the future, and not being able to be with others certainly isn’t helping. But it doesn’t change the here and now, right? From what I can tell, you’re working hard despite the circumstances and still trying your best - that’s really inspirational! It’s okay if you don’t know where things are going; “if you keep moving, you’re bound to get somewhere.” So, please don’t worry too much if things don’t make sense right now. More often than not, they won’t. But, at times like this, it’s helpful to consider what does make sense. And from what I can tell, one thing that’s certain is that no matter what your future looks like, you’re setting yourself up well for it :) Keep doing your best, and your best will shape you, if that makes sense. So, sorry for the long (and late) post, but know that whatever happens, you’re be ready to face it. And your community will be here to face it with you! Keep strong, and lean on us if we can help you!

Getting closer to graduation now. How are you feeling overall? It's okay to feel lost at your age. Many people have no clue, what they'll be doing after high school. Also, not everyone will dive straight into higher education right away either. So, give yourself time to figure out what you would like to be doing. Don't stress yourself out on this. Mental health is very important. Probably about 50% of us have no idea what we want to be doing as a career in the future right after finishing high school. We don't always stick with the first thing that comes to mind, once you start studying, you might discover interest in other skills you want to learn. You can always go into the workforce first before you continue with more education. Sometimes, we discover new interests when we work, this may help in finding the path you want to pursue in the future.

All in all, take your time. Attend to your mental health needs, and I hope you can find comfort and support here at 7Cups. We are all here for you~

Hey! That's so brave of u to share your experience and ask for help..I have had a tough time navigating through high school and university life. I had nowhere to go and ask for help. I don't want anyone to suffer the way I have. with mental health issues.
