Master's degree
Hello. I'm currently pursuing my master's degree and I'm finding it very difficult to focus and study. It hasn't always been like this: depression, anxiety and isolation definitely do not help. I don't know if I can make it, I'm so behind with my studies. I don't know how to help myself.
I need encouraging words. Any suggestion is welcome 😭

You can do this, I believe on you, you have gotten so far, a masters degree is no easy feat and yet you are giving it a go.
You should be proud of that fact alone.
It's not easy and there's no sugar coating that, but it takes small, but daily consistent times of work and study that alleviates the pressure and allows you to see progress 💛

The drudgery of school is temporary...Your wonderful future is ahead of you waiting. You can do this!

Hey! First of all, I want to say congratulations on your efforts so far. A masters is a grand thing, not everyone even starts it. It is understandable that depression, anxiety, and isolation is impacting your ability to focus and study. I am sorry to hear that you have been struggling like this. Since you say this has not been the case always, tell me, has there been any significant changes in your life that may be contributing to this?
I know it can be stressful to be behind with your studies and it can feel discouraging. You are not alone. Does your school have student advisor that you can reach out to for support? I definitely recommend reaching out to them and seeing if your school offers any programs to help you with studying. I also recommend if you don't already have one, look into getting a therapist.
