Well well well... the first part of February is done! well done to you all for making it through <3 this week has been great. as you may have noticed, i've changed my username :o so i'm now known as tommy. thank you so much to those who joined me in our chatroom check-in yesterday, it was great to catch up! :)

What has your week been like this week? How are you feeling?
This week has been good! I've been really busy with work, both on 7cups and in real life and had a lovely day yesterday relaxing and getting ready for the upcoming week.
i used to be in a really good routine of waking up at 5ish and going for a walk before heading to walk. i'm planning on trying to get into this habit again - one step at a time...

It has been great😄. Finally, the nights of anxiety and worry are gone, and I can focus on the upcoming exams.
Planning to replace my laptop battery, and continue my revision for finals

i'm so glad you're feeling less anxious and worried, that really does make a massive difference hwen you're juggling all of your extra responsibilities and stresses like exams.
