Study Effectively: Biology
Next time when you are studying Biology, make sure you follow these simple tips! 
Learn the terminologies and break down complex words to identify their roots and learn easily.
Write down scientific names and practice regularly. For example- you can choose to learn 5 new scientic names of floras and faunas everyday and review 10 more.
Learn from general to specifc. For example- first know the concept of Fungi and then the different species.
Use Flash Cards and Mind Maps. They can come quite handy to study Biology. See an example of mind map here.
Come up with catchy phrases to help you remember sequences and terms. For example, "Must Be Good" can help you remember stages of embryo development: Morula, Blastula, Gastrula
Draw a lot. Biology is all about drawing the things and it gets double easier when you connect what you read to what you draw.
