Don't know what's wrong with me
I've been struggling to find a job after hundreds of applications and lots of in-person visits. I just graduated college last year. I feel so lost because I don't know what's wrong with me. I don't have any experience which is what most people want, so how am I supposed to get that experience if everyone turns me down?
This has made me feel worthless for so many reasons. The busy season for my career type is already happening and this just crushes my spirit. I dont know where to go from here as my family is making me feel even worse. I dont have friends to ask for referrals and also I live

@Broken927 Hi :) I hope you are doing well. I am really sorry to hear about the job search. I am in the same boat, so I totally understand. All these places say they are hiring, yet it never seems like we hear back from any of them. I do get the frustration with the experience aspect too. They want 5+ years experience, but we just graduated college and haven't had the time to get that experience. Have you tried making a LinkedIn? That could be a good way to get your foot in the door with your experiences in college listed. I understand that you've probably already tried that though! Just keep your head up and keep grinding away. You're not alone in this struggle, I promise. The right job will come along ❤️

May I ask which field you're looking for a job in? I remember job search had been difficult for me in the past too, especially, back then, the only education I had was graduating from high school, and taking a few courses here and there from college. Not knowing what field I wanted to work in, I ended up working in retail for nearly 15 years. Switching about 5 jobs/companies in that span of time. I really couldn't get a good paying job, with the lack of experience and education.
So, seeing how you've graduated from college, at least you have that education part. As for the experience, I think it depends on the company. The size of the company (like, how many employees), and the kind of positions in it. Are there job hunt agencies available for you to access? For the companies you didn't hear back from, did you do a follow-up email?
Don't lose hope in landing that job. Job search is the most stressful part, hang in there and keep trying.
