I NEED HELP PLEASE

I'm in 10th grade and I have an outrageously high number of absents. I'm very ashamed of it. I know other students skip school because they want to be rebellious or whatever, but I'm actually well-intentioned. I pick up on things pretty fast, even though I'm barely at school. I'm able to confidently take tests and do assignments and achieve good grades. I just have a lot of bad experiences associated with school. (sexually assaulted by a teacher, bullied a lot, etc.) Sometimes I break down and cry when it's time to leave the house. No matter how hard I try to force myself to go to school, my anxiety gets the best of me. I'm already on anxiety meds and my teachers keep trying to encourage me to show up. Does anyone have advice on how I can overcome this problem?

Hello. I'm sorry to hear that. Although I was wondering if the school system of where you're from has a maximum limit to absentees? It might be better to try to form an answer based on the answer.

@sincereKiwi7147 This is a lot to go through on your own, and I'm so sorry about the things you've experienced. I understand completely why you've not been able to go to school. Do you have a support system who can help you, and people who can help you feel more safe while you're in school?
