Hello, Lovely Student Support Community! Welcome to our weekly check-in.
Hey beautiful student support community! How are we all doing? I hope that the week is being gentle to you and you find time to take care of yourselves. Maybe we can all take a moment to spread a little kindness and love to others and ourselves? Lately it feels like the pain in this world is so overwhelming. Some nights it may feel like you can't escape what you were born into. But here is your reminder to be gentle with yourself. Healing takes time. You don't have to make sense of everything today. Keep fighting and hanging in. I am so proud of each of you . We are always here for you and you are not alone. I would love to hear updates from you all <3
