Tired and burned out
I'm tired I study 10 hours each day and i just failed and important math test today because I'm dumb. I feel so mad at myself and I don't know what to do. This test determines if I pass the semester or not

It is incredibly painful to put in that much effort and not see it pay off, but failing a test does not mean you are dumb. Honestly, studying ten hours a day is exhausting, and it sounds like you are simply burnt out. Please try to be kind to yourself - your worth isn't defined by one grade, even an important one. It may be worth reaching out to your instructor. <3

@67Flo76 you are not alone! I am a working graduate student and it's really hard. I took a test yesterday that was my final exam for my Ethics class and it's difficult to think how much one grade can affect the outcome of school. In my situation, I can't get a 'C' in a single class and I have to make straight A's to get through my program, it's hard having that type of pressure on your shoulders. I do recommend you to have self compassion, I'm trying myself, but I do understand how you feel.
