i'm so tired. all the time. i can sleep well during the night but i wake up and i just feel so shattered. no matter what i do i just can't enjoy things because i just need some *** sleep. part of me wants to drop out of uni, quit my job and run away. disappear. but i can't do that. there's too much to lose. running away isn't the answer. i don't know what to do.

sometimes i wish i could look at myself outside of my body and find the answers. i could slap myself in hopes things would become normal. i could grab a part and squeeze and watch it go red and watch the pressure build and build. but i can't. i just want some sleep. actual sleep.

There are no hopeless situations. You did not write whether you have a family or relatives. It happens that the best way out is to get rid of part of the burden. Do you have a place to live? If so, you can sacrifice your work in favor of a remote part-time job. Studying is important and I do not recommend giving it up. When I was studying, I was really helped out by temporary earnings with the help of 1 x bed site. But I must say that I lived with my parents at that time. In addition to such part-time jobs, there are also standard office tasks for freelancers. If you think you need a rest, you are not imagining it. Take care of yourself.

Hey, I hear you. It sounds like you’re really overwhelmed and exhausted right now. Feeling constantly tired, even after sleep, can be incredibly frustrating. It’s okay to not have all the answers right now - sometimes it’s just about taking it moment by moment. Please be gentle with yourself. Even though it might feel impossible, reaching out here shows you're looking for support, and that's a huge step. You don’t have to have everything figured out at once. You matter, and you’re not alone in this. We’re here for you.
