Thanks ! I really hope this thread will be a prominent one , as a teen my school environment is toxic and mental health is downgraded. I want to let other struggling students know they are not alone ❤️

Aw it's upsetting to hear about your school's toxic environment where mental health isn't prioritised, the struggles of being a student in such adverse situations are even more challenging. :/
Super important to be even more gentle and kind towards oneself while navigating the hardships. It's incredibly thoughtful of you to create this safe space for other students also. Keep being awesome. 💗
