Letting Go of Control โ›“๏ธโ€๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’•

Hey fam, ๐Ÿ’–

Letโ€™s check in.

One of the hardest parts of recovery can be letting go of control โ€” over people, outcomes, or the past. So many of us are used to trying to manage everything around us just to feel safe or okay. But in recovery, we learn that surrender isnโ€™t weakness โ€” itโ€™s freedom. โœจ

So today I want to ask:

โ€ข Whatโ€™s something youโ€™re trying to control that you know you need to let go of? ๐Ÿค”

โ€ข How do you feel when you finally release that grip? ๐Ÿ™Œ

โ€ข What helps you trust the process when things feel uncertain? ๐Ÿ’ซ

Let this be a safe space to get honest. No judgment here โ€” just people who get it.

You are not alone, and you donโ€™t have to carry it all.

Letโ€™s breathe, share, and support each other through it. ๐Ÿ’•

Much love,

Kayla ๐ŸŒธ

@KaylaBella

"people come, and people go"

"dont cry because its over, smile because it happened"

its difficult when people leave before were ready. not that we ever could be ready.ย

its hard to not want to control the relationships around us especially the duration we get to enjoy people in our lives.ย

i feel proud of myself when i give up the tight grasp i have, the grasp on something i truely cannot take control of.

i trust that my path converges and diverges with people based on my need for them, and their need for me.ย

he doesnt give you the people want, he gives you the people you need. to help you to hurt you, to love you to leave you, to make you person that you were meant to be
