Please dont hestiate to check out my three day event for overdose awareness as the second day of the event i spoke about harm reduction, if your finding it hard for abstinence, harm reduction is a new technique that the us is using as well as other countries who have been using it for quite some time.Harm reduction can be very important leading to recovery, as it shows the amazing benefits of reducing harm in addiction and slowing down the ammount of substance you are using to get to where you want, i see a peer of yours commented below too and we are all in supoort of anyones pathway of recovery here and there is no judgment, we are here to help!
