Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you did this. :( You very much deserve a place in this world and there's people who love you, don't let your brain tell you differently.

I would highly recommend that you take a look at this list of suicide prevention hotlines (sorry, I don't know where you live so couldn't share a specific one) and give them a call, as 7 Cups is not a crisis resource, although you're very much welcome here when things have maybe calmed down a bit.
