Day 10: Waiting for God (Psalm 38)

Psalm 38 describes many kinds of suffering at once: guilt, physical pain, abandonment by friends, and opposition from others. Yet the psalmist chooses to wait for God and calls on him to come quickly. Today's step invited us to ask God for strength in our waiting.
Community discussion question:
The psalmist says, "Lord, I wait for you" (15). What helps you keep waiting and looking for God's action during difficult times?
