Day 14: Out of the Depths (Psalm 130)

Psalm 130 is a cry to God from the depths, followed by a deep trust in his forgiveness and unfailing love. The psalmist waits for God more eagerly than a night watchman waits for dawn. Today's step invited us to be both honest and hopeful before God.
Community discussion question:
The psalmist waits for God like a watchman waiting for morning (6). If you are in a dark season, how might cultivating expectation and hope in God's unfailing love bring you courage and strength?

In the darkest moments, I light a candle, there's something beautiful about seeing even a small flame flicker through.
This gives me hope.
Clarity
Consistency.
And allows me to depend on God's word
I like to o have a Bible and rosary beads close at hand 💚
