Day 18: The God Who Remains (Psalm 102)

In Psalm 102, the psalmist describes illness, isolation, and days that vanish like smoke. Then he turns to the God who laid the foundations of the earth and whose years never end. Today's step invited us to bring our complaints to God and to praise him as the one who remains.
Community discussion question:
The psalm ends by contrasting the shortness of our lives with God, who remains the same forever (25-28). How does the unchanging nature of God bring you comfort or perspective in your suffering?
