Day 19: Eyes Lifted to God (Psalm 123)

Psalm 123 lifts its eyes to God enthroned in heaven while voicing frustration over the contempt and ridicule of others. Today's step invited us to be honest about how others have hurt us, without having to choose between that honesty and trusting God.
Community discussion question:
This psalm acknowledges God's rule while also voicing real frustration about mistreatment. Do you allow yourself to bring complaints to God while also trusting his rule? What makes that easy or hard for you?

@SoulfullyAButterfly
I tell God everything as it is.
Every real feeling.
How people have hurt me.
Angered me.
Mistreated me.
I don't hide it or shy away from it because then there's no growth in trust or faith 💚
