Day 5: Into Your Hands (Psalm 31)

Psalm 31 is full of expressions of trust, including the words Jesus prayed from the cross: into your hands I commit my spirit. The psalmist admits a moment of panic, yet returns to remembering God's goodness. Today's step invited us to consider why we trust God.
Community discussion question:
The psalmist had a moment of panic in his suffering (22) before regaining perspective. Have you panicked in the midst of hardship? Were you able to regain perspective, and if so, how?

What has helped me in the past to regain perspective is to ground myself in prayer.
And to just listen to Gods word, that has always been my anchor 🤗
