Maybe God is more… hands-on than we think
What if God isn’t judging, just quietly watching and showing up in the moments that take your breath away? The rush of pleasure, the heat that spreads when you lose control, maybe that’s a little “hi” from them. Even resisting, holding back, or letting go could be part of it.
I can’t help imagining divinity as something that teases, thrills, and lingers on your skin, present in every shiver, every gasp, every pulse of sensation. Do you ever feel like something higher is slipping through those moments?

That struck me, never heard it put that way before, thanks!
To your not judging thought, my church's tag line is "God is not mad at you", which is beautiful and true, that's the whole point of Jesus' life. I feel connection both the way you said it, moments of almost euphoric connection, and the complete opposite, when I hit rock bottom and yell, cry, swear, whatever, hoping God is listening. I have come to believe that those great moments of intense honesty are the connection points, however that honesty manifests. You had a very beautiful thought and I'm going to think about that some more.
