Seeking Help
Mental stress can cause us not to be able to see the good things in life and lead to excessive rumination or worries, which can result in serious health problems. If you have serious, long-term problems with negative thinking and feeling depressed, see your doctor or talk to a therapist if they are related to any mental challenges.

Do you feel that your sleep quality affects your well-being? In what way?
1. usually my sleep is good enough. I take my sleeping pills.
2. If I don't get enough sleep I feel badly and anxious.
@purpleTree4652
Usually restless sleep. But I've made it better in the past few days. Not sleeping with my phone in the bed helps.☺️☺️

Some nights it’s restless sleep but other nights it’s good to great restful sleep.
Do you feel that your sleep quality affects your well-being? In what way?
Yes I definitely believe my sleep quality along with how much sleep I get affects my wellbeing. I believe that goes for everyone. It can affect mood, irritability, along with many other things.
@akunknown
Most of the time I sleep well, but as you, I also have some restless nights when there's a lot on my mind.
@amiablePeace77
Try journaling to free up at least some of your mind if not all of it. I’m really happy that most of your nights of sleep are good ❤️❤️❤️

3/10. Insomnia.
Do you feel that your sleep quality affects your well-being? In what way?
Yes, sleep quality affects the circadian rhythm. A wrecked sleep schedule will adversely affect the body's neurological function.

It's hard to think clearly after a restless night. I hope your sleep will improve. Bedtime meditations help me to calm the mind.
@amiablePeace77 I will try that, thank you.
I had a stimulant later in the day. Absolutely, affects the wellbeing. I usually get good sleep. I struggle with some things sometimes but refreshing to come on here and see all the things
@cyanDrum2401
Some stimulants take quite a long time to get out of the body and can affect sleep. I reduced my afternoon coffee to 1/2 cup instead of a full cup for some time and it helped to sleep better.
Thank you for the information ❤️❤️
@amiablePeace77 I notice that when I sleep later than midnight I feel alot more anxious, and tired throughout the day

I can relate! If I do not get enough sleep, my mind does not work well! A good thing is to actually find out how much sleep one needs. To me it helps more to try going to bed at different times, like 9 or 9.30 pm to wake up at 7 am. The optimum for me is 9 pm, so 10 hours per night. The amount we need highly depends on your person, in my opinion, how much time to relax your brain needs, etc. so I prefer personalized times and not the general sleep calculator times.
