Seeking Help
Mental stress can cause us not to be able to see the good things in life and lead to excessive rumination or worries which can result in serious health problems. If you have serious, long-term problems with negative thinking and feeling depressed, see your doctor or talk to a therapist if they are related to any mental challenges.

@amiablePeace77 I've learnt through listening to people on this site, that we must all keep an open mind, and never judge anyone, cause you don't know what their going through
However I have encountered some people who trigger me, by not ever trying, or saying things they shouldn't say. When I get a feeling of stress or get triggered. I don't generally act I just leave the room. Cause I understand they are just expressing themselves and seeking support, but I'm not the right person to help in those times
@Tinywhisper11
It seems you've learned how to deal with triggers. Sometimes the best is to leave other time just muting can help too.
I do like your thinking about not judging because we don't know what their going through - because we don't!
