Emotional and mental loads accumulate quietly. You may be carrying more than you realise, worries, responsibilities, roles, unspoken expectations. Today offers a reset. :)
Reflection:
If you could set down one mental or emotional burden for the rest of today, what would it be?
You don’t need to solve it, just release it temporarily and give yourself breathing room. 🌻
Optional practice:
Imagine placing that burden on a shelf and revisiting it only when you feel ready.

Sometimes that is all we need, just a reset to think about things. I often take my little girl out on a little "reset" and we go walking just to help her regulate and now she asks me for resets hehe! I think they are really useful and give us space from wanting to solve everything immediately. Great work and I really hope it helps.
