Hi , today I feel sad and drained
I just got broken up with & he told me it was because he wanted to stop depending on me. Turns out he was cheating but he doesn’t know I know. This is his second time cheating. Worse part is I kind of felt it coming but I still acted normal & even told him not to end things. Idk I just cry but like idk this whole therapy thing I would like to give it a shot but idk where to even start

Im sorry he cheated.
I'm sorry he just didn't take accountability and tried to deflect the blame.
Sometimes when we are lonely, we decide to stay in relationships that are not for us.
Never beg for someone whose not for you and not giving you the same energy you are putting in.
