Sometimes it’s hard for me to express how I feel. I genuinely feel alone compared to this world. I just don’t get people nowadays. I always feel like an outsider. Idk but I try to, and when I do that I idk watch ***, just entertain myself

Journaling or listening to music lyrics helps many people to express their feelings.

That's how I found about 7 cups and this is where i share those feelings that I am having a hard time to tell my friends and family. Sometimes I even have a hard time admitting to myself. But having found nice listeners who I consider now as friends, helps me let those emotions and baggage out.

It definitely does happen to me all the time but with that being said I unfortunately cannot express my feelings although that specifically depends on what feelings I’m actually talking about you know what I mean??

There was a time long ago I wrote down what happened and the feelings I had and destroyed the paper. It did help me.
