I love reading these posts.  I have stickers on my planner and my favorite motivational sticker is "know your worth then add tax"  The year is half over and I still need to decorate it more.

What would your positive note say?

I would praise myself for not smoking these last 21 days and how I am do it because of surgery coming up. I even don't mind when someone smoke in front of me. Friends tend to smoke away in being polite to not upset me when it does not upset me
