Thank you for posting this. This week I'm proud for trusting my instincts and not falling for manipulative tactics. I'm grateful for the support of my loved ones and I can't wait to keep growing and learning.

I feel bloated because I thought I was really hungry but I wasn't but I'm starting to enjoy this dramaless time I'm experiencing.

Speaking my mind more and sticking up for myself is exhilarating. It's like people have forgotten they need to make any effort at all.

They sit back, don't communicate and expect you to drop everything and cater to them, when they give you nothing. 

I like educating them on how life really works. You ignore someone, they ignore you back :)

Catching up on sleep.

Sending quality time with family .

Just being less rushed 💙

1. That I need to reach out more and recognise my exact triggers, I have to start being more honest with myself 🙁

2. Gym, my cat and the time spent with my friends.

3. That my strength has increased during workouts.

4. I feel very uncertain, fear of being abandoned and tired.

5. Gym nd diet, breaking my old addiction pattern and college related stuffs.
