@ashyayyy If you have already friends, wouldnt that mean you had to be around them to be your friends?

@ashyayyy

If they don’t like me for who I am, then they’re not the right friends for me.

Well I'm scared to be around humans. That's the most complicated machine nature has ever created

🌸✨ Hi there, friend ✨🌸

I want to start by saying — what you’re feeling is so valid. 💌 It can be really scary to open up and show your true self, especially when the fear of rejection feels so heavy. You’re not alone in this — so many of us worry, “What if they don’t like me for who I really am?” 🌙

But here’s something I’ve learned, both in my own journey and through listening here on 7Cups: the right people will always gravitate toward the real you. 🌿💫 When you hold back or mask parts of yourself, you may feel “safe” in the moment, but deep down it also leaves you feeling unseen. True connection — the kind that makes you feel warm, understood, and accepted — can only grow when you let your light shine authentically. 🌻

If your friends don’t accept you for being yourself, that doesn’t mean you’re unworthy. It simply means they weren’t the right match for the beautiful soul you are. 💜 And while that thought can sting, it also creates space for people who will celebrate you, not just tolerate you.

Take it slow 🌷 — maybe share small pieces of your authentic self first, like testing the water. Notice how they respond. Sometimes we discover that our friends love us more deeply than we expect. And sometimes we discover that we’re stronger than we thought, and we deserve people who love us wholeheartedly.

Above all, please remember: you are enough as you are. 🌸 You don’t have to shrink, hide, or mold yourself to be worthy of love and friendship. You are already worthy. Always. 🌿✨

Sending you warmth and courage as you take little steps toward being unapologetically you 💌💛
