I don't care about the holidays anymore

The holiday season really doesn't excite me as much as it used to, when I was younger I was really excited about stuff like Christmas or Halloween, for Halloween, I was really excited about dressing up and going trick or treating and for Christmas, I was excited about getting the gifts I wanted. But now these things don't excite me anymore, my mom still gets excited about these for some reason and she got us matching pajamas for Christmas, I don't know if this is because I'm getting older or because I'm not as happy as I was when I was a child but these things now just do nothing but make me feel embarrassed. Not even Christmas movies excite me anymore and I wish my parents would understand that
