Trauma is one of the most difficult things to deal with, but it does not need to become the center of our life. I'm glad that you learned to move on from it.

What have you learned from last year's challenges that you can benefit from this year?
I have learnt to be firm and independent. I now know that I have to work hard to build myself and that if I break down, it's over for me.
