My name is Nicole, and I'm going through depression and anxiety. I'm an introvert, however, and I can get along with people without seeing their faces for some odd reason. Anyway, things I enjoy are books, music, k-dramas, kpops, and movies and TV shows.

You are not alone thinking that way. I have a lot of friends I never see, but talk with a lot. For most women, this works well, because we tend to share. Guys prefer to do stuff together (climb Mt Everest or have a beer). So although I understand why you chalk it up to your mental distress, it's probably separate.
