Nighttime Relaxation Techniques

🌙 Struggling with Anxiety at Night? You’re Not Alone.

For many people with generalized anxiety, nighttime can be the hardest part of the day. When everything gets quiet, racing thoughts, worries about the future, and replaying past situations can make it difficult to relax or fall asleep. Your mind may feel like it won’t “shut off,” even when your body is tired.

A few things that can help: practicing deep breathing, limiting screen time before bed, writing down worries in a journal, and creating a calming nighttime routine. Small steps can make a big difference in helping your mind slow down.
