Today, I was afraid to tell people that I'm not stable. I feel anxious, my heart is racing with every fear, and I am dissociating. Yesterday I opened up my childhood wounds and now it's as if all those fears are seeping into my present. I don't feel like I'm myself. To be honest, I'm not okay.

The only thing holding me back from k*lling myself is my family. The fact that they'll be devastated if I do it, is the reason why I don't do it.
