To me mountains are very peaceful, wonderful places to get away from all the stress we experience from traffic, crowds or loud noises. They represent strength and stability.

It depends on the mountain.
It depends on the mountain because they too can experience landslides which are caused by structural weakness and rainstorms which are loud.

Landslides can be very loud but also dangerous as well.
Yes. We experience moments of weakness as do mountains but those moments give us the opportunity to show strength. A rainstorm and land slide my effect the mountains superficially but the nature of the mountain does not change. Just as we experience hardship and sorrow throughout life our innate qualities do not change. Connecting with our innate qualities will result in stability regardless of our circumstances. This connection results in the clarity and understanding that change is only an appearance dependant on designation. You may strike a canvas with paint but the nature of the canvas does not change.
