@soulsings I've never heard of the silver lining before. But I mostly have a very positive outlook. Except for the times mental health issues overtakes my mind

@Tinywhisper11 hugs. I do not hear the term silver lining much anymore.
I foune this about it: "What's the meaning of the phrase 'Every cloud has a silver lining'? The proverbial saying ‘every cloud has a silver lining’ is used to convey the notion that, no matter how bad a situation might seem, there is always some good aspect to it.
I try to find the positive in most situations. I am always learning something from life. That does not mean I do not suffer but rather than have a pity party I try to live through it.

@soulsings your a roll model to us all ❤❤ although sometimes it's ok to be upset, and have a pity party, you have many friends here, who are always here to support you when your feeling down. Don't be afraid to show your vulnerable side to ok. I love you ❤

I usually always look for the silver lining. The last 2 days were quite challenging for me but I tried to see them as teachers instead of obstacles and actually learned something good for the future. When too many challenging situations occur at one time it can be harder to keep a positive outlook. Reminding myself what I managed in the past already helps me to stay positive even if it takes a little time to get back on the right track.
