In this stressful world we live in, everyone tries different self care methods or me time.

  • What do you find helps you calm down?
  • How often do you allow yourself time to unwind?

@soulsings

Thank you for this great topic! I'm usually an optimistic person so I don't really have to spend too much time dealing with negativities. When I face challenges, one thing that's very helpful is to split myself into two parts, the extra one is to step out of the situation and treat myself as a friend. Basically, asking myself what advice would I give to a friend who's facing this situation?

And also, trusting gut feelings is very helpful for interpersonal relationships.

@soulsings

1.Lately I've found taking walks helpful to calm my mind and meditate

2.Unfortunately, I do not devote much time to my personal well-being. I think I should shart somewhere

@hardworkingBeechwood6063 taking walks is a start so building on what you have can be a way to go.

What would be an easy fix for you, to get enough sleep, to eat healthy to exercise or to bathe reegularly?
