Tough Day Ahead

It seems like my company wants me to break and go away rather than hold someone in leadership accountable for their behavior, even though I am not the only person who has asked for support because of this person's behaviors.

Even when my boss admitted to some of the things that I brought to hr's attention, they didn't do anything.

I am trying to explain her behaviors again today, after submitting a third formal grievance. still trying to hope that they want to build something better than this and create a safe working environment. But it's hard to believe that at this point

Sadly, that happens and perhaps they know but feel they let it slide for so long standing up and correcting her seems uncomfortable for them.   You being fed up and leave makes them not have to deal with it... until sometime this person goes too far.  If you can stay and be the bigger person do not give them the easy way out.
