Wednesday Online Therapy Community Therapist Check-In
Hi everyone!
I hope you are all well. Today it is Wednesday again, happy Wednesday! The week went past so quickly.
I thought we could start by sharing something we are looking forward to, it can be anything and can be very simple such as, “I am looking forward to Spring” or “I am looking forward to having a warm soothing drink shortly”.

@LisaMeighanMScGMBPsS oh yes you hit on it. I am looking forward to spring. I am getting through winter okay but I really have a fondness for warmer weather and the site of nature greening up. I look for the first purple periwinkle flowers.
Long term I look forward to a time when all people can get along and find common ground. We are all in a similar situation, so why not find ways to communicate with each other. 7 Cups does that for me.

Spring :) Yes, it is probably my favourite season and I know you are going to feel very rested when Spring comes as it tends to have quite a calming effect for some!
@LisaMeighanMScGMBPsS It’s Wednesday and It’s my birthday. Technically, my birthday got over in my time zone. ( So it's Thursday here). No I am looking forward to "studying for my next upcoming exam? " ..ah dunno. I don't have any other plans. Wish me that I shud study today without any distractions. 🥲

Tea is amazing and so soothing :) What type of tea do you like drinking? I like green tea and Earl Grey.

Spring is a wonderful time Lisa so I can understand well that you're looking forward to it.
Right now I look forward to the weekend to spend some quality time in my garden without work but watching the birds and lizzards.
