It'll be ok and that I'm safe, it really doesn't feel like it right now, but I know things will get better and this sickness I'm going through will pass.

we need to hear your past doesn't define you, but also your safe it ok. we not been fully out of abuse that long. yes even in the abuse we did a lot of healing work. but now that we safe it odd for us and at times we end up feeling not safe. like they going to get us hurt us again. so being remind we safe and going to be ok. but also that your past doesn't define you as we have many regrets about things with kids before we lost them. also not getting out of the abuse lot sooner. so both them we need to hear.
