Who Are Your Support Systems?

A support system is a network of people who provide emotional, practical, and sometimes spiritual help during difficult times.

It can include family, friends, coworkers, mentors, or professionals who offer understanding, encouragement, and guidance.

A strong support system helps individuals feel connected, less alone, and more capable of coping with stress and challenges.
