@amiablePeace77 I think something that makes me feel safe and secure is my bedroom. It's the one place I have where I can be completely myself and don't have to worry about others!

Good that you see your bedroom as a safe place. A bedroom is a nice place to find peace and quiet needed to get rest and recharge.

Knowing that if I make a mistake I can try again and hopefully do better the next time.

Knowing you can try again and it's not the end takes off a lot of pressure.
I feel safe and secure at home in my room with my kitty cat. Shes very loving and sweet and we love to cuddle. I also feel secure when I'm in a happy and secure relationship. I really miss having a companion like that. I tend to thrive when I'm in that kind of relationship. I love to love and feel wanted and needed. And I love to be treated well and having someone to love and support me everyday.

Something that makes me feel safe and secure is having a good laugh with my two closest friends. They mean the world to me and one of the most fulfilling moments I have are the times where we just laugh until it’s hard to breathe :)

At some point I also realized I could also feel that kind of support and validation from an inner part of me too.
Both are nice experiences at different points in life.
