A Balance Between Work, Family, and Self-care

Hi Everyone 💕! Today’s post is going to be about having balance in our lives. In our daily lives, we often have to juggle a lot of responsibilities. These responsibilities can include, family, career, and self-care. Additionally, it can be tough to balance these responsibilities and we often put some before others.

• Why did you pick this particular order of importance?

• Has there been a time where you did not balance these responsibilities?

For me, family would be first, then self-care, and last, my career. Additionally, I picked this order of importance because I believe that a person needs family and to keep up their well-being to be successful and happy in their careers. Sometimes having a lack o family and self-care can bring us down, which could affect our work. Furthermore, there has been a time when I did not balance these responsibilities. I put my career ahead of all the others, and it caused problems for me mentally. What about you?
