I’ve been doing my favorite hobbies! My favorite hobbies are clay art, dancing, making clothes, and tutoring children. What do you do for fun on the weekends?
I use lots of distractions to mask the emotions I can't grip hold to. Knowledge is Power accept when you can't figure out how to use the tools to accomplish the task.
Having the proper tools for every job can make the process a lot easier.

Yes I believe that everyone needs to make time for themselves each day to do something they really enjoy and to have fun. Without it the stresses of this world will break you. I love to listen to music and color with my gel pens. It's relaxing and fun.
@stressmaxed2478 sounds nice. I enjoy instrumental music and I did some coloring that I really enjoyed. I felt like a kid again!
Hi all! Something happened this week and I feel like the scales tipped towards me and more self love, all of a sudden everything became easier, setting and asserting boundaries, emotional regulation, very little anxiety.
I thank 3 things for this, mindfulness, power over my mind, and power over my body…. Also known as CBT
thanks to CBT I can now choose to be happy in hen the middle of a war zone!
this week I have been more organised, decluttered and cleaned the house, put up the Xmas decs, I have taken time for myself and I came to the realisation that before this week… I was choosing to be a victim…. And I was choosing to be sad….
so today… I am simply happy because I choose to be, I am thankful for another day on earth and I choose happiness

i think´s very essential that we have fun in our life because at the end what is life without joy? while the question of what is life is very philosophical and hard to answer i think anyone can agree that having fun gives us joy. i don´t think anyone regrets the joy. i think to have fun i can watch something nice or talk to my old freinds and family!

I agree, we need joy - "Joy is the spice in life" and there are many ways to find it.
