Today I like to invite everyone to share an inspirational quote about health and how it relates to your life.

Here is one of my favorites:

“Keep going. It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.”

I am a strong believer in "keep going" and this has helped me in many difficult situations. There were times I thought nothing will work anymore. Focusing on "just keep going, it will get better" helped me to get through and also to strengthen my mental health.
