- What choices have you made in the last six years that you’d thank yourself for making?
- How did it help you?
One of the best choices I ever made was joining 7cups and deciding to stay here to help others what helps me too. I learn a lot from members, became more patient with others and myself and more mindful.

I was out of work for an entire year due to illness. At the end of that period, I had to decide if I should return to work or retire. I decided to return; figuring I could always leave if I got sick again. I’m glad I went back; as it gives me some sense of purpose.

It seems you took the right decision for you!
@amiablePeace77 several things, but the main one probably was to look for and find a new psychologist who was actually competent enough to help me

- What choices have you made in the last six years that you’d thank yourself for making? I am really happy that I decided to keep pursuing the degree that really challenged me. It was so difficult and there were times I wanted to give up, but I knew that I needed to push myself to accomplish what I wanted.
- How did it help you? It really helped me realize my potential and how strong I can be. We are all a lot stronger than we realize, so it's important to test those boundaries to see how far we can go!
