Take a gratitude walk

A wonderful Monday to everyone ❤️
Regular walking in itself has many benefits, such as reducing stress hormones and reducing high blood pressure but when we add gratitude practice, our walking turns into an amazing opportunity to see and honor the beauty that is around us. So today I invite you to take a gratitude walk. As you walk, observe what is around you, feel the temperature of the air, the breeze, how it touches your face, the color of the sky and the shape of the clouds, are they puffy like white cotton balls or darker clouds, is it raining? Notice the color of the plants at the roadside, the shape of stones you might see …
If you cannot go for a walk, what do you see looking out of your window?
Please come back here and share your experience with us.

This beautiful post inspired me to start walking again 🤍 the experience is usually and always pretty much everything you already mentioned but adding to that all, there’s a sense of accomplishment as well 👏🏼💕
@amiablePeace77 when i look outside the window i see houses all painted white in a black mountain. the sky is blue and there are some white clouds lingering around. the leaves from some of the palm trees are swaying around and i hear some people talking to each other.

I often practice 5 minute Tai Chi on youtube if I cannot go for a walk or the cold weather convinces me not to walk.
